Hi everyone,

I'm a concerned parent and I could really use some advice. My child just turned 5 this year, and with how unpredictable the weather has been lately—hot one day, rainy and cold the next—I'm genuinely worried about his health.

It seems like every time the weather Escape Road shifts, he gets a mild cough, runny nose, or seems a bit more tired than usual. I know kids this age are still building up their immune systems, but I want to do everything I can to help him stay strong and healthy.

Could anyone please share:

What are some natural ways to boost a child’s immune system?

Are there any specific foods, vitamins, or daily habits that really help?

Should I be using any supplements, or is that unnecessary at this age?

Any experience with home remedies that actually work?

I’m not looking for anything extreme—just practical, safe tips from other parents or health professionals who’ve been through this.

Thank you so much in advance! Hoping to learn from your experiences and keep my little one happy and healthy no matter what the weather throws at us.
