Hi everyone, I totally understand the struggle! Finding good IT talent is tough these days. I've heard about social selling too, and it sounds promising. Perhaps focusing on platforms where IT professionals hang out could help? Maybe even create some engaging content showcasing the team culture. It's like you need to give them a reason beyond just the job description. Think about doing something unique to attract people, maybe like an internal competition with a fun prize, like a custom Eggy Car paint job for their own vehicle! Haha, just a thought!
