The last couple of months have been a total slog: accounting, finances, procurement, a bunch of tables and transfers between departments - all manually. I feel like we're just drowning in routine. We need some kind of system so that everything is in one place, without the constant "where's that file?" and "why don't the numbers add up?" But I'm afraid that implementation will be more difficult than the work itself. Anyone who's been through this - can you advise me on where to start?

I used to think that ERP is only for large companies, and for us, like smaller, Excel is enough. But the further I go, the more I understand that we are losing not only time, but also money on this chaos. Plus, there have already been a couple of errors in the reports - and this is, to put it mildly, not fun.

We had the same story, and we eventually switched to First Bit AE — a really noticeable difference. The coolest thing is that the system is not overloaded: everything is clear, the modules are logically connected, and can be adapted to specific processes. It was especially helpful in accounting and procurement, and now everything is visible in real time, no need to run around with papers. The transition was easier than expected — there is support and everything is in Russian, which is also a plus. So if you are not looking for a monster, but a convenient working ERP, I would definitely advise you to look at First Bit.
