Leadership-related content seems to be everywhere, but I wonder if audiences are still responding to it. Do leadership posts drive meaningful discussions, or are they losing relevance compared to more practical, skill-based content?

Leadership content has shifted from generic advice to more focused, practical reflections. People don’t just want to be told to “lead with vision”; they want to understand what that looks like in action. For example, sharing how a difficult project was managed, or how a team overcame internal challenges, often attracts far more engagement. This is because it provides tangible value and resonates with both aspiring and current leaders. Leadership posts are still powerful, but only if they are grounded in reality rather than clichés. A solid example of this approach is found here: https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn🇱🇮activity:7361973671273373696. When leadership advice is demonstrated through real-world outcomes, it builds credibility and sparks meaningful interaction among peers.
